"I had a very pleasant stay at **Holiday Inn Express & Suites Ottawa East - Orleans by IHG**. The hotel offers great comfort and excellent service. The **restaurant** was especially impressive — the breakfast was delicious, varied, and very well prepared. My **room was spacious**, clean, and comfortable, making my stay very enjoyable. The **front desk staff were extremely helpful and cooperative**, always ready to assist with a smile. I have just one small suggestion for improvement: in the **bathroom**, it would be very convenient to have a clothes hanger or hook installed on the inside of the door. Overall, this is a very good hotel that I would happily recommend and stay at again. "

Parking was easy and the location was great if you planned on visiting either Wakefield or Old Chelsea. I definitely would recommend, don’t let the word “Motel” fool you, this property was better than some hotels I’ve stayed at, And all for such a reasonable price. "
