"This is a wonderful apartment: spacious, light, good temperature control (including openable windows), spacious kitchen & bathroom (great shower), comfortable bed, wonderful location, with nearby church bells the icing on the cake. Tom, our greeter and helper, was wonderful and Ward, the owner, a very responsive background host. Our only suggestion would be cushions on the dining chairs and a firm-back armchair. "We did not actually stay at this location, as the host did not see our reservation and was not there to check us in. We had to find other accomodations last minute. When the host realized their mistake, they promptly refunded us and was very apologetic, therefore redeeming 1 star. They informed us that they are new to the VRBO platform and I doubt such a thing would happen again."

Wir wussten, dass es nicht ruhig sein wird, aber dass eine Bar direkt (!) unter der Wohnung ist, die im ersten Stock liegt und dass man Musik und Bass usw. nicht nur hört, sondern spürt, das hätten wir gerne vorher gewusst. Der sehr nette Besitzer hat sofort geantwortet, die Bar habe erst vor zwei Monaten eröffnet - das aber nützte uns leider nichts, wir hatten früher gebucht. "Restaurants everywhere you turned in a really old city. Every turn brought a new experience. Combined with great shopping at Galeries Lafayette, Monoprix, and Uniqlo, plus wonderful boutiques. Don’t miss the Musee Fabre and the organ at St Pierre cathedral. We were fortunate to come in during rehearsal - breathtaking."
