"This is a lovely gite, set in a tranquil spot, well equipped and maintained - we had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. But most of all, Thierry and Régine were the most welcoming, generous and helpful hosts, and made our stay so memorable. We felt that we had made new friends... On a practical level: the stairs are steep, so not ideal for anyone with mobility issues; there's no washing machine (but we were offered the chance to use theirs); we really did feel as though we had the pool...

"Our two year old son loved the outdoor area: chasing the ducks, watching tia the dog and the horses being cooled down with water. The sandpit (boulles area!) was his favourite and we really appreciated the fenced swimming pool with 2 locks. No need to bring any toys, lots of games were provided. We ate out most of the time but everything appeared to be within the apartment for those who eat in. Furniture a bit jaded, but again for what I paid for it I can't complain. Would definitely return. "We have had a disappointing experience with this vacation rental. All four of us have suffered from bed bugs. We initially thought we were dealing with mosquitoes. But the bites got so big and painful that it wasn't until later that we realized we were dealing with bed bugs. We complained about this to the landlord afterwards and it seemed only reasonable to us that they would refund half as our holiday enjoyment was seriously ruined. We have not received any response from the landlords."
