"The rooms are on the smaller side, which is fairly standard for London, but they are very well presented and comfortable. What really stood out was the cleanliness of the hotel - it is absolutely immaculate. Credit to the housekeeping team, as the standards are exceptional.
Breakfast was a little awkward on arrival, as the restaurant area initially felt a bit lacklustre and it wasn’t immediately clear what was available. However, once you’re given the menu, everything makes much more sense and there are plenty of good options to choose from.
My only minor criticism concerns the Eggs Benedict. On both mornings the poached eggs were overcooked - one was hard-boiled on the first day and both were hard-boiled on the second. That said, I’d much rather have overcooked eggs than undercooked ones, so it’s hardly a major complaint.
I stayed for two nights and would happily stay again. The staff were friendly and welcoming throughout my visit, which helped make for a very pleasant stay.
