I visited Nottingham virtually every week for nearly 2 months and always chose the Lace Market hotel. Rooms are clean and comfortable, if they are on offer chose the suite for added luxury. The breakfasts are really good and is great to have plated service. The only negative is the air conditioning can be temperamental.

The room was quite old and dated. The shower was very good and powerful. The window shades were scruffy. The room was quiet, which was a huge plus. Breakfast was really delicious and plentiful; it was served by an incredibly friendly and accommodating gentleman.

The hotel is pleasant, not outstanding, with very helpful, friendly staff, in a great location. We got a deal but it's still on the high side price wise.
