Check in was poor. Room was good when it was ready after 45 minutes and very clean. Original member of staff checking us in was not helpful. The second person was much more helpful and checked us in with a free glass of Prosecco.

Good around city hotel.

Good location for station and easy walk to town centre. Breakfast was plentiful with lots of choice both hot and cold. Rooms were adequate , but bathroom was fine but a little dated. Clean and efficiently run hotel.

Close to everything we needed

Receptionist friendly and helpful, hotel clean and smelt nice. Room was quite big with good toiletries, decent views, hotel was close to train station, town and venue we was attending.
