"Very disappointing experience for a 4-star hotel. Guests are not allowed to take even a fruit or a pretzel from breakfast, which felt unnecessarily strict. The breakfast staff was also rude and did not speak English, simply pointing at a sign instead of politely explaining the rule. This negatively affected my overall impression of the hotel."

Other aspects were excellent. Coffee and tea from a machine at reception all day, a well equipped kitchenette, Bluetooth speakers in the room and nice touches to the decor made it a lovely place to stay. I will look for this brand again. "
