"My daughter and I stayed for a week. The check in staff and shuttle driver were all lovely. The restaurant/bar staff were a bit hit and miss. The room was very nice, shower amazing, good charging pod which was a bonus. There were no drawers which was difficult for a weeks stay. We ate 1 night at the hotel and it was awful. "Some lovely staff, good location, a short walk to town. Bedrooms were small but functional, bathrooms a little tired. Was unable to stop room being too hot despite turning down radiators. Breakfast service was slow and random, much better to provide a buffet, or even just a self service coffee machine, it could take 20 mins to get a coffee in morning. We didn’t stay around the bar for the nightly karaoke style singer."

"LA pulizia dell'hotel è esemplare, ci sono due aree parcheggio non distanti dall'hotel è quindi possibile scaricare i bagagli in prossimità dell'Hotel e poi parcheggiare la propria auto. Purtroppo non c'e più la navetta che si ferma e porta gli sciatori a Salice D'Ulzio per arrivare alle piste o si sale con la propria auto oppure dalla stazione FS si prendono i bus di linea."

"This hotel was very comfortable to stay in with friendly and accommodating staff. The included breakfast was fine, not sure about the dinners as we chose to eat out. The room was clean and very comfortable for the week. Pool table, ping pong and table football all well appreciated by the teens we had on the ski trip. Easy to walk to Clotes lift and you are right in the village. Bring ear plugs for party nights in the town - but we only heard noise on 1-2 nights and it wasn't bad. Good skis...

"We stayed in early January in a triple room. The hotel has recently been renovated and it had only just opened. The location is EXCELLENT! It is a few minutes walk down the hill to the Clotes lift and slopes - ideal for a short ski break. There is a sizeable ski room with heated boot warmers and plenty of space. Our room was large but lacked much storage. We had 2 small shelves, and a rail to hang clothes onto, but only 4 hangers - not ideal with ski kit and clothes for 3 people. The room...
