Apartment, about 60 m2, consisting of 1-bedroom, bathroom, living room with large terrace, the kitchen in living room integrated. Kitchen towels, bath towels, bed linen is provided. The house is 80 m from the sandy beach and shallow water with sandy bottom, suitable for barefoot bathing, ideal for children. The place Potocnica is a small village, with about 50 cottages, according to quiet and tranquil. Potocnica is located 10 km north of Novalja, the tourist center of the island of Pag, with many restaurants, shops and leisure activities.

Sehr nette Vermieterinin, Apartement ruhig gelegen mit Terasse, sehr nah zur frequentierten Bucht mit Sandstrand. Sehr gut geignet für Eltern mit kleinen Kindern.

Der Aufenthalt war für uns zwar recht angenehm jedoch kamm es gelegentlich zu Komplikationen mit der Gastgeberin (eindringen in die Privatsphäre, keine Klima nutzung zur Nacht da sie nicht schlafen konnte, unberechtigte Anforderungen für schäden die nicht von uns verursacht wurden und im allgemeinen ein sehr unverschämtes verhalten uns gegenüber). Fazit: Ein schöner Urlaubsorr für die Familie. Jedoch niewieder bei diesen Vermietern.

- Großer Vorteil das Mira vor Ort ist - Mira hat immer ein offenes Ohr und hilft bei allen Problemen weiter - Mira ist sehr nett und freundlich - Unterkunft ist sehr sauber und es ist alles da was man braucht - Der Ort ist ruhig und sehr familienfreundlich

Die Wohnung war sehr schön und sauber. Nahe Zum Sandsteand, nette deutschsprachige Vermietern. WLan war nicht so gut und es gab kein deutsches TV und keinen Grill, sonst alles bestens

Die Wohnung liegt in einem Wohngebiet, nur einen kurzen Weg und 135 Stufen von einer malerischen Bucht mit Sandstrand entfernt. Es gibt einen kombinierten Wohn-Essbereich mit Küchenzeile, modern und funktional eingerichtet, was uns gut gefallen hat, sowie ein weiteres Schlafzimmer und eine Terrasse. Besonders praktisch fanden wir auch die Außendusche. Die Gastgeberin ist ein echter Schatz und immer hilfsbereit

Wir waren im August 2022 mit der Familie da, und haben uns da perfekt entspannt. Die Wohnung ist die sauberste FeWo, die wir je hatten. Es ist sehr schön und stilvoll eingerichtet. Die Gastgeberin, Mira, war extrem nett, freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig. In der FeWo ist alles vorhanden, was für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt notwendig ist. Beide FeWos befinden sich im Erdgeschoss, haben große Terrasse, und direkten Zugang in den Garten. Im 1.OG wohnt die Gastgeberin. Der Weg zum Strand (Kukurina-Bucht) ist in 2-3 Minuten erledigt. Es sind ca. 50 Meter auf einer sehr ruhigen Straße, und dann eine Treppe, die zum Meer führt (etwa 20 Meter Höhenunterschied). Die Bucht ist klein aber fein. Man hat einen Sandstrand, wo die Kinder gut spielen können, und flachen Wassereinstieg, nach 50 Meter ist es immer noch sicher für die Kids. Schwimmt man etwas weiter, kann man an beiden Seiten der Bucht sehr schön Schnorcheln, Fische gibt es genug. Supermarkt und Markt gibt es in Novalja, in ca. 12-15 Autominuten.

Eine sehr schöne, geräumige und saubere Wohnung. Mira ist eine sehr hilfsbereite und freundliche Vermieterin. Wir hatte einen sehr schönen Urlaub gehabt. Danke
