"The room was ok, but the bathroom was barely clean with gaps in shower seals and the skylightwas dusty and had cobwebs. The pool was very dirty, the hot tub was out of order and the ice machine was broken too. Day staff was great, kind, responsive and helpful. The late night front desk was rude. I have a seriously sprained wrist and was in a lot of pain. When I realized the ice machine was broke, I walked to the office, sometime after 11 PM. I told him I needed ice for my wrist and he scoffed, barely glanced at me and said "we do not have any equipment that makes ice, so i can't help you." I then asked for a towel and he slammed the register drawer closed and rolled his eyes saying he'd have to go get it and stood there until I said, "I'm sorry, but would you please do that" Not having ice or access to ice was painful, but the rude employee was worse, especially when I was in pain. "

"I guess you get what you pay for! The bed was comfortable. The room was old with many flaws( did not feel clean). The breakfast did not exist. The coffee machine did not work and the food!!! Not sure how other travelers gave 10/10? I feel Expedia let me down😢"

"This is our 3rd time staying here and consider it our home away from home. Eugene and Natalie are great! Could ask for better accommodations!!"

"Place was very clean, bed was comfortable and was in quiet residential neighborhood convenient to people I was visiting. Studio bedroom was dominated by two very large black vinyl massage or pedicure recliners and a PacMan game table, in place of normal furniture. Three coffee makers in kitchen but not a single coffee pod or small amount of coffee for a first morning’s cup of coffee, no welcome container like that which I’d expected. Instructions for the sauna were glued to the wall inside it and in small type too difficult to read to figure out if it was worth trying so I didn’t. Neighbors’ small dog barked each time I entered and left so I would not recommend bringing a dog there. Two dogs likely would bark at each other through the fence dividing the front yards, and the actual yard space where the hottub and other outdoor features are located was very small. Property manager had many rules and communication was only by generic email or one phone conversation required before arrival. He was clear in repeating rules, wouldn’t say friendly. "

"The hosts were great with communication and offering to accommodate late check out when our flight got delayed an entire day. The room is gorgeous and very thoughtfully decorated. The shower was amazing. So amazing we actually ordered the shower tower for our bathroom during our stay. Bed was super comfy and the sheets and bedding were soft. Love that there’s a keurig with strong coffee, creamer, sugar, and even some Almond Roca syrup. Also loved the snacks that were provided. Overall, a great stay. Loved the area. Felt safe and it was quiet. We would definitely stay again. "
