"Third floor room back side hotel above kitchen area. The kitchen was being power washed when we arrived (unknown to us). Constant loud vibrating noise in room the hotel finially offered to move us at 1:30 am after multiple complaints to the front desk."

"I have stayed here many times and it’s a great place and most of the staff are extremely helpful and friendly. I come often and spend a lot of money. We get the two bedroom suite so that I can meet up with some friends in the area. We are always quiet and respectful and yet last night… Tuesday, 28 April… We were harassed several times by a very angry night clerk. He was shaking and sweaty, regardless of the fact that we were calm and complying. It wasn’t even very late and our music was super low and yet he came up and gave us a warning. We turned the music almost completely off and quieted down even more and yet he came back maybe 15 minutes later making irrational threats about evicting us in the middle of the night. I guarantee he would not be able to do so as we were not causing any problems. It wasn’t even that late. As a matter of fact, we were lights out and going to sleep shortly after midnight. We have a right to be in the room we paid for and to be talking and enjoying ourselves as long as we are respecting the other guests which we were. This guy is just a sad old cranky man who has no friends of his own and so he couldn’t handle that we were having fun. After last night, I am very hesitant to stay here again. I would suggest to the management that they have a talk with him and maybe even fire him. There’s no reason he needs to be harassing and threatening paying guests who are following the rules. Super disappointing."

"Was a little disappointed that I was in a section so far away from the lobby. Was a little concerned for safety as I was traveling alone."

"The big problem was checkin staff, they insisted I was not in the computer despite my copy of my confirmation number, my Real ID drivers license etc. They were impatient and incompetent, particularly in dealing with the names and paper work, and were not pleasant about it. To my shock we were basically raising our voices at each other and I was MOST uncomfortable about this.I finally did convince them of my identity, but it was a very poor experience in a very mediocre and minimal facility. Our room was definitely not as pictured nor the room we were shown in the ad that we would have. I was there 2 nights. The first night there was some sort of very loud intermittent equipment or engine noise right under our window, we were on the second floor, I cannot imagine what it was, sounded like generators or the like.second nite was quiet. I did not expect a fancy room for the price etc. and the bathroom was clean and obviously recently redone, that was a plus, but otherwise the entire thing was pretty poor, but particularly the rather dreadful check-in. I have to say the two guys really didn't understand the process and told me numerously times that i should have called them directly and not used Expedia of a computer to book. I would NOT recommend this motel for the experience of the checkin staff particularly, otherwise, it was adequate for a no-frills one night accommodation, even though I have family in the area I would not consider this motel again. sorry to have to say."

"Room was clean but a bit outdated. Location was good, close to freeway was both good and bad. Very good buffet breakfast included. Pool was under maintenance."

"Marriott has redone the public areas nicely, but the rooms are yet to be done. The furnature in our room as old and worn. In a year or so this will be a very nice hotel once the rooms have been upgraded."
