"We spent 1 week over New Years as a family (11 adults, 6 children). We we're amazed by the spacious House. The kids really enjoyed the Game Room and the Garden. We had fun cooking together and eating at the big table, as well as playing Board Games in the living Room. Heating up the oven was also fun for everyone. In the end we got lucky with the weather and had snow. The nearby cities Jelena Gora and Bad Flinsberg are wörth visiting. Thankyou Kate! Highly Recommended!"

"Dom je situovaný na okraji malej dedinky, kde oblohu v noci neosvetľujú svetlá mesta a tak je možnosť vidieť hviezdnu oblohu. Absencia hluku dopravy nechá vyniknúť koncert zvukov prírody. V dedine je voľne prístupné kúpalisko, kde sa deti môžu vyblázniť vo vode a aj dospelý osviežiť. K turistickým chodníkom je to blízko. Pobyt sme si užili."

"Das Haus ist in einem sehr schlechten Zustand. Überall ist Schimmel und danach riecht es auch. Die Betten sind schmutzig und in einem kam uns ein Floh entgegen gesprungen. Wir sind gleich wieder abgereist. Geld gibt's keins zurück weil wir uns angeblich nicht an den Notfallplan gehalten haben. Wollten uns mit einem kleinen Gutschein für die nächste Reise abspeisen. Nie wieder belvilla. Übrigens wurde der Schlüssel nicht übergeben. Er lag unter der Fußmatte am Hintereingang.😱"

"Die Betten (eher Couchen) haben es hinter sich (durchgelegen). Die Kaffeemaschine ebenfalls (undicht). Alle Räume sind stark abgewohnt (Bsp. Sessel im Hautraum: wer sich rein setzt, kommt nicht mehr ohne Hilfe raus). Es ist schade, weil das Haus sehr ruhig am Waldrand liegt. Der Balken zum Esszimmer wurde mit Signalband gemakert. Trotzdem haben sich einige Kopfstöße ereignet (zu niedrig). Der Grill funktioniert, aber sauber geht anders. Wir waren eine Männertruppe, die einiges akzeptiert. Aber...

Die Küche ist riesengroß, gut ausgestattet und geheizt. Es gibt als Zusatzgerät einen Wasserkocher, Spülitabs, Seife etc. vorhanden. "Wir waren auf Kurzurlaub und haben uns in diesem tollen Haus sehr wohl gefühlt. Alles war sauber und in einem top Zustand. Da wir mehrere Kinder dabei hatten, konnten wir auch das große Außengelände prima nutzen. Das einzige was uns fehlte wären ein paar Liegestühle für den Aussenbereich gewesen, ansonsten hatten wir nichts zu bemängeln. "
