"This was a great place to stay in Prague. My husband and I opted for a 2 bedroom suite (we both snore) and the rooms were large, comfortable and very, very clean. While I noticed that the property lists as having no elevator, it definitely does. We were on the 6th floor! We opted for the breakfast option and the food was fresh and there were lots of options with some changes each morning to keep it all new. The key thing to know is that there really is no front line staff. When you book you will get an email instructing you to fill out a check-in form. Afterwards, you will go back into the check-in form and you will see that they have issued you a PIN number the day you are arriving and you use this code at the front door and for your room. If you have trouble with the front door keypad, there is a button to press. We found that the "1" button sometimes did not work the first time you press it. You have to hear a "beep" to know that it worked. Otherwise, it was great."

"This was an amazing boutique Hotel that was exactly what we hoped for. The location is perfect for walking into Prague‘s old town… Only a two minute walk! It is located on the main street that takes you directly into old town. The inside of the property was very well done and we particularly loved the elevator. The room was clean and exactly how we wanted it. Each afternoon when you come back from sightseeing, they have a pitcher of ice tea waiting for you in the lobby. A nice place to sit and relax before going to your room. The people at the front desk were great for recommending restaurants and setting up our drives to and from the airport. I would definitely recommend staying at this hotel… You can’t go wrong."

"Unmatched hospitality and an incredible stay. We stayed at the NH Collection Prague Carlo IV to celebrate two family milestones— My 50th and my daughters 16th birthday, as a large group of 9. The hospitality we received was truly incredible. A massive, heartfelt thank you goes to Jerry and Lenka. They went completely above and beyond with an incredible upgrade to the Presidential Suite, which made our celebrations feel ultra-luxurious. Jerry was an absolute superstar throughout our city break. Managing a group of 9 can be tricky, but he seamlessly ensured we had reserved seating together for breakfast every single morning so we could relax as a family. He also personally arranged a fantastic vintage car trip around Prague for us, taking all the stress out of planning. Jerry’s constant attentiveness, care, and dedication ensured our entire trip was exceptional from start to finish. What makes this hotel truly special is that this high standard of care comes from everyone. All the staff, from the welcoming doormen to the meticulous housekeeping team, were fantastic, friendly, and professional throughout our stay. This is world-class service at its finest, and we cannot recommend this beautiful hotel highly enough! Thank you so much, we will definitely be back again."

"Excellent stay following a festival to recharge and spend some time in Prague. Lovely balcony, very comfy bed, and nice shower (just what we needed). The staff were also friendly and helpful, letting us leave our bags at the hotel after we checked out so we didn't have to drag them about all afternoon before our flight."
