"Very nice hotel with great location. Not impressed with the “help” I got after I accidently left my iPad. I phoned twice and after 2 promises 3 hours later no one had the time to check and confirm they had it. Finally drove there and got it myself knowing they had to check with me standing there."

"The guy at check in couldn’t be bothered with us. My room had no soap and the shower door didn’t shut properly so it flooded the bathroom and there was no bathmat. My friend had no towels in her room and they made her go downstairs to get them. They also told us to park in a spot where we got ticketed. At last the girl at the counter late at night was very nice when we came down for wine and snacks."

"The property was built a while ago. Nicely maintained but could use an update. Rooms were austere but fine. Bathrooms needed update. Breakfast was good but dinner was just okay. There is no shop to buy something else like ice cream for dessert. So I would give available food options a “fair” rating. If better food is important Maybe consider staying in Billund. Definitely expensive. Gift shop was very small. No safes in rooms I had to request access to an old vault in the luggage storage room that had keyed boxes big enough for passport. A few areas where you could build with Lego blocks but nothing more that we could find. We enjoyed our time but not planning to come back to this hotel."
