Though Flamingo might not have many top sights, you can venture to the surrounding area to see attractions like Flamingos Golf Club and Los Arroyos Verdes.
The whole resort was kept very clean - staff always working to make sure. Food was very good, updated rooms very nice, beach is beautiful. Only thing could be improved is the entertainment ---- need more involvement and updated. An amazing resort

The room was clean and had a beautiful ocean view with a large balcony. The staff were courteous and helpful. They offered a lot of games and other forms of entertainment.

Room was clean and street noise was overcome by the a/c, which was powerful and easy to control. The staff were friendly and Adrian went out of his way to make sure my stay was good. Our trip to Nueva Vallarta was pretty uneventful due to the Coronavirus outbreak. The Hard Rock Hotel closed most of their bars and restaurants since so many guests checked out early. Even so, the quality of service did not drop at all.
Love Occidental, have stayed at this property several times and will continue to stay there in the future!
Again, would not recommend due to food, alcohol, and sleeping situation.
