Though Flamingo might not have many top sights, you can venture to the surrounding area to see attractions like Flamingos Golf Club and Playa Bucerías.
Towels in room are dirty and old they need to replace the them. In room service is slow , need to call 4 times and waited 5 hours for kleenex and sprite in the room. Food and staff is good.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms were beautiful and clean. Food was good, the Italian restaurant and steakhouse were excellent. Mojito’s were superb. Staff kept mini fridge well supplied. Felt super safe, we will definitely be going back in the future.

We liked that the pools were big, beautiful and clean. The beach was quiet and sandy. The staff were friendly. There was space in the condo for 5. Our trip to Nueva Vallarta was pretty uneventful due to the Coronavirus outbreak. The Hard Rock Hotel closed most of their bars and restaurants since so many guests checked out early. Even so, the quality of service did not drop at all.
Love Occidental, have stayed at this property several times and will continue to stay there in the future!
Again, would not recommend due to food, alcohol, and sleeping situation.
