"Food was good and fresh, very testy. Not a lot of shadow on the resort. Was very long line for check in, we were waiting more than 1 hour. Watch out for your pool towels, if you lose them you will be charged "

"We chose this resort because of the great reviews. The staff was great and the grounds were very nice. When we had an issue, the general manager came to personally check on us. That said, there are a couple big deal-breakers for us. They actually open up the resort for day passes to the public and the crowds at the pool and buffet were ridiculous. When you pay to stay, you want it to feel relaxed and not like the community pool. We’ve stayed at other resorts where we did feel a sense of privacy and that is top priority. The rooms and bathrooms need to be updated. Housekeeping did not clean our floors and came at varying hours."

"The odor in the room was horrible, the room itself was large, however the smell made it very unpleasant .we were just a quick overnight stop, would not have stayed a minute longer"
