"Superb hotel, beautiful location, lovely rooms and facilities but it was the staff that went above and beyond that made our stay so special. They were so friendly and catered really well to our daughter who is wheat intolerant. We dined for breakfast, room service lunch, dinner and a wedding reception dinner which was absolutely delicious. We used the spa and shuttle into Hoi An. I definitely recommend the hotel and really hope to return in the not too distant future. Probably the best hotel my children have ever stayed in."

"I recently spent a week at the hotel and was really happy with the service - all the staff members are incredibly polite and hardworking. A highlight of my stay was being invited to watch the staff beach volleyball match, so fun! The hotel is on a beautiful white sand beach and also has a wide range of facilities like tennis and padel courts and also runs a good daily activity program. Some of these were very good but there is some room for improvement in the quality of some of the activities. Thank you to Khanh and Quan for checking on me everyday to ensure everything was ok, and for making special requests for me for vegetarian food - they are exceptional managers. Thanks also to Jim for playing table tennis with me!"
