Very satisfying stay with good foods, beach and pool. Good restaurant and good pool bar. Spa is very relaxing. Free transportation to Hoi An old city. Nothing special found surroundings of this hotel so that everything is completed in this hotel. Nice hospitality of the staffs. Beach view room is spacious enough and satisfying. We has hot water problem in the room but was fixed just in 1 hour. Would like to come back again for relaxing vacation.

Excellent service by all staff members. The room, ammenities, and bed were very comfortable. The property and view was very nice- we particularly appreciated how relaxed and quiet it was. And the spa and treatments were delightful. It’s an easy trip into Hoi An, and provides a nice resort respite away from the busier areas.

Bliss Hoi An Beach & Wellness Resort truly lives up to its name, as our stay there was a blissful experience from every aspect. The food options were great, including 24-hr room service; the staff was amazing (Lam (Restaurant Manager), Buu, Thu, Y (pronounced Eee), and Sue (Guest Services) were incredibly attentive to our every need and made sure that each moment of our stay was nothing short of exceptional. The Spa offers a wide variety of incredible services at unbelievably low prices, and its facility is top-notch for creating a magical, serene environment. I could say more about the resort, but I would highly recommend people just checking it out for themselves - you'll be quite pleased.

This was a superb resort, much better than any of the resorts we've stayed at in the Caribbean. Lovely people, great breakfasts wonderful setting in palm trees. The unspoilt beach really does go on for miles. Also it has a really large pool, without all the kiddies toys and flumes you get elsewhere. We also recommend taking the free shuttle into Hoi An where you'll experience a really interesting old town with lots of restaurants. Plus the famous lit lanterns on the river.

Beautiful resort in a quiet area with a lovely pool, spacious rooms and well kept gardens. The resort offers a regular shuttle bus into Hoi An for guests. The staff are friendly and helpful. They assisted us with restaurant bookings and transport, and we were able to communicate quickly and easily with them through WhatsApp when we were out of the resort and our plans changed. We enjoyed the variety of the buffet breakfast and the quality of the evening meals. We had a very relaxing stay.

Awesome location, amazing beach, great pool, excellent service. Very clean, very well taken care of, beautiful territory and very friendly staff. Oh, the food was delicious too! Absolute pleasure to stay at this hotel, I will definitely come back. Thank you all very much for making my stay so nice!

Beautiful and clean private pool for 2-bedroom villa. Spacious room and modern facility. Open mini bar in the 2-bedroom villa is a very nice touch. Absolutely love the spa area. Complimentary steam room and sauna is a very nice touch. Great breakfast food selection as well as themed dinner option. Public pool and lounge area is clean and very relaxing, truly a calm oasis in Hoi An. The resort is about 27-30 mins ride away from the old quarter. I do wish the morning yoga/stretch is located in the smooth lawn facing the pool; maybe they chose the other location because there are tree shades to block out the morning sun. Overall a fantastic stay.

Looks can be deceiving. While the hotel grounds are picturesque, the experience didn’t meet our expectations. We booked one night expecting a five-star stay, but it felt closer to three. Service was lacking—staff were inattentive and unorganised—and the pool, a major draw for us, was a big letdown. We specifically chose Bliss over Anio (which was fantastic) for the pool, but it was unusable. Though large, it was murky green, not the clear blue shown online. Staff blamed the weather, but even on a sunny day it looked the same. It was also uncomfortably hot, offering no relief from the sun. The beachfront location was a highlight, and the ocean was lovely. Rooms were spacious, clean, and smelled amazing—definitely gave off a holiday vibe. We paid extra for a deluxe ocean view and loved waking up to it, but were disturbed by loud construction noise from 5am. The restaurant was underwhelming. Food lacked flavour, and we found multiple hairs in the coconut fried rice. The fish in banana leaf was overcooked and bland, and the Cao Lau—twice the price of what we had in Hoi An—was disappointing. It’s a shame. The resort has great potential, but poor service, misleading advertising, and lack of attention to detail made it poor value for money and an overall disappointing stay.

From the moment we got to the lobby we were treated like royalty. Phuong went over and beyond her duty to make our stay comfortable. The biggest surprise was when she announced that we had a room upgrade to a spacious family room. We had an amazing stay. Thank you Phoung.

Bliss is everything you want for a beach front resort and more! The rooms are beautiful, spacious, and clean. The staff are lovely and helpful. The pool area and view over the beach is breathtaking. The food, drinks, and spa services on site are reasonably priced too. The shuttle bus goes three times a day and is a reliable way to get into Hoi An town and back. We will definitely be returning on our next trip to Vietnam!

Staying at Bliss Hoi An , the staff are always ready to welcome you, and will always greet you in the morning with a compliment - Xin Chao ! The room was tastefully designed, the restaurant with seating overlooking the beach, was beautiful. Food was fine and service was nice. I enjoy my stay and with no doubt would be back when possible

The Bliss Hoian resort is very large and the rooms are spread out over a wide area. Tropical gardens are wonderful and in fabulous condition and the beach itself is fantastic. The bicycles provided by the hotel are a great way to get to and from reception to and pool and the walk through the coconut groves was equally pleasant.
