"We absolutely loved our stay at Paradise! Such a kid friendly resort with so many facilities/activities for the kids. Convenient location, only a short walk down to the main strip of Surfers. Plenty of food options including pizza, mexican and general cafe/pub style food. The staff were all lovely and we had particularly great experiences with Charlene, Adam & Gio who were all amazing with our kids and went above & beyond for us. Highly recommend for a family friendly holiday 😊"

"Pros: The retreat room is small but it is cleverly designed to suit your needs and comfort. There are hiking tracks suit all levels and ages, even suitable for wheelchairs. Fantastic mountain view from the room, a lot wildlife, clean air, friendly helpful staff.... Cons: food is expensive. Retreat room doesn't have cooking facilities. "

"Car parking very difficult, bay 15 next to 4!!!! bathroom very dated, wood cupboards etc falling to bits, felt unclean, bedroom ok! lack of privacy due to frosted glass window in bathroom out onto passage and other apartments doors!! other people directly outside, cockroaches in kitchen, at most a 2 star if desparate."
