There are many hotels in the area that tastes of Western capital, but the friendly and dedicated staff, the homely atmosphere that reminded me of home even though I was in a foreign country, the delicious food and the wonderful smiles of the staff were impressive. This is a real Balinese resort, different from other resort hotels. If I go to Bali, I won't stay anywhere else. Thank you so much to everyone at the hotel! Terima kasih!

Very courteous and helpful staff, good size rooms and super breakfast options. Pool area was clean and plenty of loungers & chairs to accommodate guests. Free shuttle bus to private beach a welcome bonus. Excellent location for Nusa Dua shops & restaurants. Would highly recommend if you are after a more "local" style hotel compared to the big corporate hotel chains.

Wonderful place to stay.

We had a wonderful stay here, the staff are beautiful and friendly. Our room was lovely and big and very comfortable, we got upgraded to a pool access room which made our stay extra special. The pool was beautiful! The restaurant was good, very nice food. Hotel location was great, 5 mins to lots of shops and restaurants. The hotel has a free shuttle to the Bali collection shopping area as well as their private beach resort. We really enjoyed our stay here, thank you Grand Bali 🙏🙏❤️❤️

I can say nothing but excellent! I beautiful hotel with comfortable rooms, lovely garden and pools, shuttle to the beach, good breakfast and fantastic service; 10 minutes walking to a street with good dining, 25 minute walking to the beach. The best part are the people working at the hotel: kind, helpful, respectful! We were lucky to be upgraded to a bigger room and it was great, with huge patio! Thank you all, and particularly Marisa! Highly recommend this place!

I loved the location as it was close to al the restaurants. The twin swimming pools and the grounds were beautiful. The staff were lovely and our housekeeper was fantastic.
