"The location was perfect, easy walk from parking and easy walk to all the sites. The check in is completely online and there are no onsite staff. If you message the staff are responsive. The bedroom was great and cool, although no air on. The shared bathroom was large, but shower could have been better cleaned and maintained. Although the name suggests it is a bed & breakfast, there is no breakfast included, however, there are plenty of cafes just downstairs."

This is a great accommodation. Room is spacious, comfortable and updated. Our room was above the Bistro which was great for a glass of wine at the end of the day and coffee and breakfast in the morning. Visit the Brolio Castle for great valley views. Wine tasting at Ricasoli is excellent. Everyone we dealt with were friendly and helpful. Finally Osteria Brolio the on site restaurant is worth trying good food well prepared. Overall very positive experience highly recommend you visit and stay.

Stained here at the end of an eight day trip around Italy. This hotel was head and shoulders above the others I visited, it is a boutique hotel of seven rooms. Our room was a suite. It was bigger than many apartments, with a large living room with daybed, a beautiful master bathroom with jetted tub and separate shower with jets overhead as well as side jets, ample closet storage, fridge, and safe. They provided maps and information on all the local sights, plus some history of the town. One night we asked them to make dinner reservations and they had to call over 10 places due to a busy night. The location was very pretty with a nice pool. We had a very spacious 2 story accommodation with a private yard and parking although on occasions some guests came into the garden to smoke. The only real drawback was the towels which were not absorbent which is an easy fix and I recommend. The owners were exceptionally nice and worked hard to make our stay enjoyable. The breakfasts were excellent as well. The location is very close to the luxury shopping outlets.
