"I have stayed here quite a few times and always have a fantastic time. Although it seems to have been run down by the previous owners Corinthia we still had a fantastic time. Large clean room with lovely castle view, fantastic rooftop pool and spa with a view of the city, great staff nice breakfast and all for a reasonable price. The hotel is right next to the metro so has excellent links to the centre. Wish we had had the weather to match. Also miss the old bowling alley in the basement that...

"I can think of perhaps 3 staff members that were nice. Rest were inattentive, one in particular was absolutely rude and I have no idea how he is dealing with people on a daily basis. The hotel needs serious renovation and health and safety to be really looked in to. Rooms were below standard. Beds uncomfortable. I can be here all day mentioning how horrible my experience was."
