"We enjoyed our 3 night stay here. The best parts of the hotel was the location. It's 1 block away from the town square. Easy walking distance to the Charles bridge, old town, Jewish quarter, concerts. Breakfast was very nice and changed a little each day. Having parking in the location was great. The room itself was very spacious and beds were comfortable. As for negatives, the hotel is tired. O so tired. Hasn't seen a renovation in... forever. Tired carpets. Old kitchen area. Strange keys. The staff are hit out miss. Some are nice but some are so grumpy or downright rude. Lastly, it can be loud. We were on the 1st floor and we were kept awake by the street revelers that are wandering around loud and drunk right below the room. If you have a choice, I'd avoid the first floor rooms on top of havelska st. Not sure how much better others are, but they can't be as bad."

"The staff was good, the room clean and large. Easy access to everything in old town. Breakfast was good. The bed was very hard and the hair dryer didn’t work. Blew semi warm air very poorly. Bring your own shampoo and conditioner. Body wash and shampoo was the same bottle. "
