This hotel is in the best spot. 3 minutes walk from Charles Bridge. Great communication at front desk, and really nice rooms. Great for family's.

Room 17 was lovely with an inside courtyard balcony. It was a bit dark but that was good for sleeping! The room had a dishwasher, washing machine, iron and airer but we didn’t need any of these. The cafe downstairs is lovely for breakfast. Great location, a 5 minute stroll from Charles Bridge. We ate in the Italian restaurant opposite and also Cafe de Paris restaurant a few minutes walk away. I would recommend this hotel and will return when visiting Prague again.

The shower was a little difficult because water would always get the bathroom wet. We would need to use towels to dry the floor every time someone showered. Other than that, it was a great stay! I would recommend to friends! Location is wonderful!

Es la 2da vez que llegamos a este hotel y sin duda alguna volveríamos a llegar. Lo hemos recomendado a familiares y también han quedado encantados co su estancía aquí. Esta vez nos hospedamos en un departamento que tenía sala, comedor, cocina (con lavadora de ropa incluida), 2 baños y 2 recámaras cada una con cama king size y un pequeño balcón con vista al patio. La ubicación perfecta. Esta a unos cuantos pasos del Puente Carlos sin estar en el bullicio. Hay un supermercado cerca, hay restaurantes todo alrededor. El Mon dieu es el restaurant que está a la entrada del hotel...delicioso! 100% recomendado! El departamento muy limpio y cómodo. El personal servicial y muy agradable.

Dishwasher was not emptied and we did not know if dishes were clean or not. Wastebasket not emptied. Soooo dark....lots of lighting, but the bulbs were like 2 1/2 watts.

Location close to everything across Old Town, just off the Charles Bridge. At a central location yet the hotel manages to stay tucked away and quiet. It is clean and modern. Went with small children and the kitchenette and washing machine were super helpful. Would stay there again and fully recommend.

I had a giant two bedroom two bathroom suite for a ridiculously low amount of money. Not sure if it was a special deal. The property is beautiful. My favorite day so far in Europe.

Amazing little hotel in Mala Strana- easy to get to Lennon wall, lovers bridge, Charles bridge and old town, Prague castle, and many excellent restaurants. The front desk attendant was charming and helped us right to our room. The Venus apt (12) was spacious and comfortable with a wonderful view of the square. The only thing that I misunderstood from the description is that I thought we had our own private courtyard and that is not the case. Many of the other rooms did have balconies with a small table and 2 folding chairs. The restaurant within the hotel (Mondieu) was excellent with fast service. We would def come here again- we loved it.

What an incredible stay at the Old Royal Post! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The rooms are stunning — they actually look better in person than in the photos, which is a rare and wonderful surprise. The location is simply amazing, perfectly placed to explore everything Prague has to offer. But what truly made our stay special was the entire team. Every single member of staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, and a special mention to Teresa at check-in, whose warmth and friendliness set the tone for a perfect visit. It’s clear this crew takes real pride in delivering an exceptional guest experience from start to finish. If you’re visiting Prague, look no further — the Old Royal Post is a must. We’ll absolutely be back!

Hotel reception was excellent as we arrived early and were allowed into Apartment. Apartment was spotless with a very large comfy bed and fluffy big pillows. Excellent position to get to all attractions easily and a lovely cafe too. Friendly helpful staff
