"The cabin was advertised on the search page as an “entire home” with a kitchen. On the property page it was described as an “entire cabin” with “4 bathrooms” and space for four guests. We therefore expected a self-contained cabin with a private bathroom and shower. On arrival, we found a very small cabin containing four beds and a kitchenette, but no bathroom or shower.
