"I have never stayed at a Drury but if you’re looking for a family-friendly hotel, then this is the one! The rooms were very clean every day and the food (not just the breakfast, you get some free drinks and dinners between 5:30-7:30pm) was delicious. My family and I enjoyed the Drury and plan to go back to one."

"I stayed at Drury Inn and had a mixed experience. The staff was very nice and welcoming, and the extras offered were a great touch and definitely appreciated. However, there were several issues that made the stay disappointing. The hot tub and pool were both freezing and essentially unusable. The bed was clearly made up of two twin mattresses pushed together instead of a proper queen, which made it very uncomfortable to sleep on. The room was also very cold when we arrived, and although maintenance did fix it, it wasn’t until the following day. There was also a lot of noise due to construction. During breakfast, the noise was so loud I couldn’t even hear my 5-year-old speak, and it visibly startled another child nearby. We also woke up to construction noise, likely from a room next to or very close to ours. Overall, while the staff and extras were great, the lack of comfort, noise, and maintenance issues made the stay frustrating."

"Air conditioning in multiple rooms didnt work. Fromt desk reset unit but onky lasted a few hours. Room was mid 70 by morning. "

"Whole hotel smelled like marijuana. Needed connecting room which was confirmed when making the reservation. When we checked in there was no adjoining room and front desk was absolutely no help. "

"The breakfast was terrible and was not maintained at all. Juice was out. Drip tray was overflowing with water. The aches were not cooked all the way no breakfast attendant people wearing no shoes. Housekeeping only service our room one day when we asked for service every day and fresh towels"

"The building was in poor on the outside and inside. The mats were disgustingly soiled. The ice machine was disgusting no way ice could be used from there for customers. It was so nasty. The first room I was given was on the first floor it wasn’t cleaned it had what looked to me dried vomit or something very gross. The bathroom was not clean mold was throughout the entire building and in both of the rooms I went to . I would have left if I hadn’t already paid my money and made reservations online. It’s a shame that we as customers pay 300.00 dollars for filth . It’s not right. The pictures were very deceptive. It looked nothing like the pictures at all. The microwave in my room was molded and deplorable inside with an odor like that of a decayed body. I have stayed In Baymont Inn before have never experienced such a thing. I was charged a deposit for what . This hotel is terrible. I should be refunded all of my money. "

"Garbage ownership. Booked a double bed room a week in advance only to drive 4 hours there for the girl at the counter to tell me they only have a king size bed available. I have a family of 4 and that’s not going to happen. She told me that was a normal thing and didn’t even apologize. They found me a room at another property they own and it’s only a 2 star hotel and they didn’t refund me the difference between the 2. These people are scum and they run the hotel the cheapest way possible. Will gladly pay triple the price to never come here again. Any hotel owned by SNPL, LLC should be avoided like the plague. "
