The hotel was nice enough for a quick overnight. However, we couldn't adjust the temperature in the room, the TV didn't work (thank goodness for free wifi) and the phone didn't work to call the front desk to let them know. The staff was friendly, breakfast was good and location was perfect for what we needed

The person that checked my family in was not very friendly and it made us feel out of place and uncomfortable. The person at checkout was extremely nice and friendly.

Have stayed here before but although the price has increased significantly, the overall condition and service has declined substantially. Will definitely find somewhere different next time

Great property, area, and staff. Just wish they would have swapped or repaired or mini fridge when I let them know it wasn’t working. We were there for a sports tournament during 95 degree weather and would have been nice to keep drinks cold. The seal was broken on the fridge.

Good stay with expectation management

The room was nice and it had recently been updated. The hallways and elevator appeared to need a little love. They weren't looking too great (lots of carpet rips and peeling paint). The breakfast was expansive -- especially for a hotel complementary breakfast! The pool was decent -- our biggest issue was a lack of pool towels and peeling paint. There was a really nice patio right off the pool area. So that was great for our family to hang out at. At check in they asked if I wanted the room serviced or just clean towels daily. I asked for servicing. We were there three nights and our room wasn't cleaned or serviced once. We had to walk down to the front desk to ask for clean towels.

My first initial room had a bad odor, musty bad carpet or wet carpet smell. Told front desk and they moved me to another room but the smell was just the same. I am fond of holiday Inn but I will not stay at this location again. Staff was very helpful.
