"A cosy home with clean, modern and fresh surroundings. Beautiful light streaming in from all windows which opened up to a cute cosy back yard and BBQ area with Webber complete with a small pool. Pool is in a great spot to supervise the younger kids too. Great sized kitchen with lots of cooking and eating facilities available. "Great for kids with tiles throughout. Small yard and pool were enough for the kids to entertain themselves, and the house feels very quiet and private. Would have loved some blinds/curtains on the master bedroom windows. Not too much of an issue as we are up early with kids, but sleep ins would be a challenge. No fly screens on the louvres mean that you need to close them up before dusk. In warmer months that would require the AC to be on, when maybe this could be avoided if all the windows...

First off, the communication with Belle Properties is fantastic - they're both very proactive and responsive and they provided plenty of helpful advice before we arrived. They were also very responsive during our stay - we only had one issue - trouble getting the BBQ to start, and they had someone over within an hour to help. Where to start?
