"The owner and I had a long conversation about the area and the property. The rooms are comfortable and clean but somewhat dated. The owner is gradually updating the rooms. The property is in a safe area and very conveniently located near some really good restaurants, etc. It is a short drive to downtown Sedona so you can easily visit and take in the sights without being in the middle of a lot of activity when you're ready to rest."
