"It was beautiful! View outstanding. The pictures you have need to be updated. The outside looks nothing like the photos. Overgrown- weeds by the front door area and so much sand. Cliff we can tell has been slowly eroding. Next door the neighbors are loosing their yard. Your yard the fence dangerous. I would not have any children in yard. grassy and things including old tables and wire fencing laying around. Deck falling apart. Lots of sand- we understand but none cleaned up. Bbq horrible even...
