This 5 Bedrooms, 3.5 Bath is a gorgeous beach home with unbelievable Ocean views boasting a beautiful reverse open floor plan with the kitchen, living, dining and Master Bedroom on the top level. The fully stocked kitchen features stainless appliances. Stay on the island and enjoy all that Oak Island offers such as tennis and basketball courts, skate board park, many great restaurants, including being approximately one block from the new Publix, and shops with a large variety of merchandise. Oak Island Golf Course is available for the enjoyment of serious golfers. It has 18 beautiful holes with holes #9 and #18 having the ocean as backdrops. There is also a miniature golf course on Oak Island for the not so serious golfer. The Fort Fisher and Bald Head Island ferries offer you the opportunity to visit and explore other NC beaches. Disappointed

The house itself is beautiful and the location is great. When we arrived the house smelled awful. Come to find out there was seafood left in the trash in the kitchen. Outside in the driveway there was dog poop everywhere that was in the way. We arrived to having to make all of our beds and after working all day and driving a few hours, the last thing I wanted to do was make beds and put sheets on all of them . There are no privacy blinds in the house at all. Communication with the property was 1 way and only 2 ways until they took my money. Also be careful of leaving lights on living room too long as they have a bug problem with gnats that are all over the ceiling attracted to the lights. Such a beautiful home but these issues will make sure we rent elsewhere going forward.
