There are 2 oversized, covered decks with plenty of comfortable furniture to kick back and enjoy the spectacular ocean view.

Oversized gourmet kitchen with granite counters and island is a perfect spot to enjoy that happy hour drink. Kitchen is equipped with new stainless steel appliances and all the comforts of home.

Master has a 55" flat screen and other 3 bedrooms has a 42"flat screen TV mounted on the wall with HD. The great room has a 12 foot vaulted ceiling with a 55" HDTV with full surround sound, blue ray disc player, and outside deck speakers.

Outside hot and cold shower to wash the sand away. Short walk to easy beach access just across the street.

Master bedroom with king bed and full master bath. Second and third bedrooms share a buddy bath and have 1 king bed and 1 queen bed respectfully. Second floor bedroom has 2 queen beds and has a full bath with private entrance. Great room has a queen size sleeper sofa.

Great location, excellent house. They had everything we needed from the fully stocked kitchen to beach toys/chairs. Everything was very clean and we loved the ocean view from the balcony! The host was very accommodating with our requests and we would definitely stay again!

It was our first visit to Oak Island and we enjoyed our location close to the beach but on a quiet road. The porches were a great place to gather and the living space comfortable! We had a great time!

We had a great time! Hurricane Debby was a bit of a bummer but the house had everything we needed and Mike was extremely responsive to any/all questions. The house is very close to the beach. There’s plenty of parking and it’s very easy to get in/out when you want to do things outside of the house.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay. The house was in a great location for beach access. Our favorite part would have to be the upstairs porch area. We enjoyed drinking our coffee and seeing the ocean in the distance.

Easy process to rent. Lovely home a block off the beach. Owner is very accommodating and easy to communicate with. Although the weather wasn’t the best, it was still an enjoyable getaway.

We were pleasantly surprised to see the home extremely stocked with everything you would need! Included beach chairs, sand toys, charcoal grill, crockpot, extra sleeping galore! You name it the Breezy Weezy had it! Very quick communication with host. The walk to beach was 2-3 minutes. Would stay again, and just may for our next year's family vacation.

House is one block from beach access and you can see the ocean from the top level deck. There are no bathrooms anywhere on beach so close access to the house was great. We saw dolphins everyday from our deck. It’s not on the main road, so it was quiet. Kitchen had everything we needed. Only negative was the mattresses are showing age. Overall, it worked wonderfully for our crew.

Enjoyable week with family. We didn't move our vehicles for 3 days just hanging out in this cozy house with plenty of kitchen room to fix a big dinner. House comes with a charcoal grill that served up some great steaks. The location of the house allowed us to walk to the beach and to the pier, where also our new favorite restaurant is located...The Island Way. I recommend the Seafood platter. You can drive down the back roads to the Publix as well which was a huge plus. The house has comfortable beds, and very nice bathrooms, as well as great decks to sit on in the mornings and the evenings. I will definitely stay there again! The owner Mike was very quick to respond when I asked a question. Great experience!!

Nice layout and great views! Beds were comfortable too. Airy and open with plenty of room for a large family. Loved the outside deck chairs especially. Owner was very responsive on items that needed attention. Opportunities to get 5 stars: we found the kitchen equipment quite sparse and in poor condition. No serving platters or bowls so had to get creative for our big family dinners. Also, several kitchen cabinets were falling off hinges. Listing advertised new outside grill but unfortunately the grill was inoperable due to the legs not connected to the bottom frame. Trash was left curbside from previous renter so we had overflow to deal with until the Wednesday am pick up. (Note: we saw trash collected Saturday at 7:20am). Will consider renting again but need to bring own kitchen stuff.
