"My best friend and I rented this house for our families joint beach vacation. We had 4 adults and 3 kids and it was a perfect set up for us! There are 2 bedrooms and a bathroom on each floor, so we could have our families separated when needed. The kitchen and living room were big enough to house all of us. There were gates on each deck, so if you have small kids they will be contained. The house was very clean and the kitchen was well stocked with supplies."

"Home is in the perfect location, but is not family friendly. The listing does not specify that the top level is not accessible from the inside, you can only access it from the outside. We were separated from our children the entire time, the bottom level only has AC units in the front 2 sitting areas which you have to keep the temp SO low in order to have some cool air in the bedrooms, you can't sit in the sitting areas.
