Southern Marsh

Relax with the whole family at this marsh view beach cottage. 3 bedrooms (1 King/2 Queen), 2 bath, outdoor shower, fully equipped kitchen and screened porch. Included are beach chairs, wagon, and newly added fire pit and corn hole in the backyard. The home includes marsh views and is only a two minute walk to the beach. You will enjoy the nearby attractions of Caswell Lighthouse, historic Southport, Myrtle Beach, Shallotte River Zip Line and sitting on the porch with a cocktail.
The space
Approximately 1050 square feet with 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths. One king bed and two queens. A stackable Washer and dryer. Updated kitchen and baths. Screened in porch with ceiling fan.

We'll be back!!

This place was perfect for our family of four. The beds are super comfortable and quiet. The marsh view is beautiful and the screened in porch adds huge space to the house. Furnishings are like-new and very comfortable. We will definitely come back. The beach chairs and wagon were like-new too!
