"A very clean, comfortable, peaceful and pretty quiet (except for a little 101noise, which didn’t bother me, I’m from L A) also thoughtful and useful extras everywhere. There was a trail two doors down that was great that took you on a loop with a fairly good incline to a beautiful meadow with wild flowers and gorgeous views I’d say the loop was just over a mile, perfect for me and my dog, we hiked it 4 times and never saw a soul, we loved it. "Was a cute stay. Apartment is small but was plenty of room for us. There is a nice outdoor seating are and ping pong table. Small coffee shop across the street as well. There is currently construction during the day out front which would have been helpful to know. The area will be beautiful once the construction is done. Would also be helpful to have a curtain over the open window in the bathroom since it looks out into an area people pass by. We would stay here again if in the area."

"My friends and I just loved the town of Carpenteria and the Tropic Shores condo was the best place to enjoy all the town had to offer. We walked 3 blocks into town and 1 block to the beach. What a treasure. We all plan to return."

"I came to town with my husband to run a marathon. This home was in the perfect location, walking distance to the expo and finish line. It also turned out to be conveniently located by a handful of restaurants and a grocery store! We enjoyed the proximity to the beach and the backyard games. The host was excellent with communication as well. I’ll stay here next year if we decide to run that marathon again….. which we likely will!"

"The place was as described. Unfortunately we got some unusual cold and wet weather and given that this is really a beach stay, we didn't get to take advantage of everything. If you are a light sleeper, you may want to opt for an upstairs unit - floors are very thin and you can hear everything. Super easy check in and check out and really nice and clean."

"We really liked this place. Looking for a reasonably priced place where we could explore Carpinteria and Santa Barbara from and this place fit the bill perfectly! Just a few minutes walk to the beach and the apartment was immaculate! Very nice, with on-site laundry, comfortable beds - can't think of anything to nit-pick. Great place and we'll be back."

"Spent a birthday weekend here. The home exceeded my expectations. Close walk to the beach, town, and the Rosewood resort. Despite the proximity to surrounding attractions, my favorite part was spending time in the sunny living area and deck. I’ll be back for sure."

"Fun to stay in an airstream. Easy street parking. They offer shared bathrooms and showers besides what is in the airstream. They are clean and well maintained."
