Property is very clean and Ashish was very friendly, helpful and accommodating. The hotel had everything needed for our stay. Was surprisingly quiet in the evening despite being right on Hwy 33. Nice little coffee and grab and go breakfast in the morning. Would stay here again and recommend to others.

I checked in with my wife pretty late at night, however there was a very nice and helpful attendant available during checking that gave us all the info we needed to know about our stay, from where to park closest to our room, to how to get to the hot tub. There were also bagels and coffee available for breakfast which was greatly appreciated!

Conveniently located, safe neighborhood, with adequate parking, and a fridge/microwave. Little details like a torn window sheer and smashed spider left on the wall were small maintenance issues that would have been overlooked if the (engineered) wood flooring hadn’t felt compromised. It didn’t feel like it was ready for imminent collapse, but raised concerns for possible water damage.

Very cute and quaint place! Loved the jacuzzi! It looks like a small pool but its a very large jacuzzi lol! The rooms were clean and it's a short ride from DT Ojai. :)

Parking was great and the rooms and property were generally clean, just dated. The beds and pillows were very stiff and uncomfortable for me (and I'm saying this as someone who likes a fairly firm mattress). The pool listed as an amenity is actually more of an oblong hot tub deal, the perspective of the photo posted is kind of misleading as is calling it a pool.

A bit hard to get in and out of since entrance only accessible from one side of road. Had to do u-turns if coming from wrong direction. But staff very friendly. Room had fridge and microwave. But not many places to eat!

The room was clean. The room we stayed in was supposed to be a queen bed but it was a full. The room we stayed in had a huge bathroom perfect for doing your hair & makeup. Hair dryer, iron, small coffee maker, mini fridge & microwave all in the room.

Clean, friendly staff, moderate accommodations just outside Ojai in Oak View. Things to note: low flow water pressure in the sink and shower. Shampoo & body wash provided in the shower but no conditioner. Hand soap and lotion provided by the sink, all in refillable, attached to wall containers. Can definitely hear the neighbors coming and going, using the stairs.

They didn’t have smart tv with limited channels so the children were bored , there is only a jacuzzi no pool . Breakfast is just coffee , bagel or danish , fresh fruit . Room was clean , front desk was very cheery and polite .

Bathroom was very clean as far as I could tell. Amenities were body wash and shampoo in the shower, and 4 shower caps on the bathroom counter. Air conditioner and outside street noise were very noisy but I was able to sleep through it. Mattresses are very soft and slept-in, but that's expected at this level of hotel. Office staff were courteous and nice. They'll ask for your car's license plate when you check in for parking purposes.
