"What a truly beautiful place to stay. The cottage was lovely , the log fire was a big hit & perfect to come home to after a day of walking. Bobbie & Trevor were perfect hosts, always there to answer a question but never intrusive. "Absolutely lovely. The accommodation is excellent - a superior barn conversion. Really fabulous on a working farm. Hen Curtis was very friendly as well as her dogs Fido (retired sheep dog) Jumble mixed Labby/Poodle, Pinto young sheep dog. All love a good bit of stroking (not Hen!!!!). Relaxing place to be with great walks on and around the farm. Not to be missed."

"The cottage was very clean and nicely furnished with some lovely welcome treats upon arrival. It was also a lovely quiet place. The only downside, personally, was we would have preferred a small table and chairs near the foot of the stairs over bar stools at a breakfast bar. Being able to use the log burner would have been nice but with a thatched roof, we understand the dangers of that."

"The spare room was a joke. The bed was completely broken and couldn’t safely hold an adult — totally unusable. The room was filthy, and to top it off, someone else’s dirty socks were still on the floor. I called the owner to try and sort it out, but they were incredibly rude and made no effort to help. Absolutely unacceptable. Would not recommend to anyone."
