"A spacious room with comfortable bed, convenient kitchen and shower room. We upgraded on arrival to a superior room on arrival for a small fee which I think was worth it. We would definitely stay here again if visiting Leicester. We didn't use the the bar or restaurant so can't comment but they looked good."

Late check out offered as we were getting there so late so we could get some rest and not rush to leave. Staff couldnt have been more helpful. "A warm welcome at reception. On a very hot day it was wonderful to step into my room and find a fan on. All staff were friendly and helpful. My room was spotless and had everything I needed. The large bed was very comfortable. I had dinner and breakfast, both were very tasty. The dinner menu had an excellent selection of food. Free parking close to my room was very welcome. I will definitely visit again. Thank you for your excellent service and hospitality."
