"The reception team were incredibly helpful, and showed clear understanding of their job role with professionalism. The swimming pool area was well maintained, and added value to the stay. One area of work that could be looked into is around the restaurant, which is officially open until 21:30, but a small group of hotel guests were turned away at 21:10. Maybe some clear guidelines for all concerned."

"Only stayed for one night and was happy with everything. Comfortable room (with a fan to keep the temp cool), friendly helpful staff and a lovely cooked breakfast. Everywhere was clean and there is a car park at the rear of the property."

"Great stay at the Urban, friendly staff, easy check in, lovely big beds, brand new walk in shower, big towels (so rare these days!), super quiet despite it being Friday/Saturday."

"Stay here regularly to visit family only downside is the restaurant/food. Very mediocre and not always as described on the menu, ordered a selection of fresh bread with oils received 3 pieces of deep fried bread and a pot of olive oil…. Sent back. Simple menu but seldom done well … Staff are really good and always very clean and welcoming."
