"Very quiet and convenient for the airport"

"We were greeted by Janet she was really friendly and helpful we received a very warm welcome she has very polite the hotel cleanliness, comfort, amenities, bed, shower power, staff & location all perfect 10/10 & the manager on duty was a really nice polite friendly lady called Lindsay she was very pleasant to talk to and promised me a game of chess on my next stay so that will be my request on my next stay I look forward to coming back in October !! ( I will check mate Lindsay ) "

Always clean, Always friendly staff, central to everything, right next to Lime St Station, Car park next to it (first come first served), but we've never missed out. Food great and great choice in the restaurant. On site bar, good choice, good prices. 5*."

"The staff were really kind and helpful, and the room was very comfortable and plenty of space. Our second night, not such a good room, but it was free on the airline due to 24 hour delay, so can’t really expect as nice a room as one we have paid for. We would definitely use this hotel again when flying from Manchester airport. Shuttle drivers were pleasant and helpful too."

"The signage within the airport is not good and finding our way to the Tribe was hard, but it’s worth the effort. New and stylish in an efficient way. We had better Italian food there than we got later in Venice. Highly recommended. "
