"This is my second stay here. The staff are friendly and efficient, and the room is comfortable."

"The host was friendly and helpful. We received our check in codes in advance so were able to check in without waiting around when we arrived. The apartment was clean, tidy and had everything we needed for our stay. Was in a great location and had a supermarket at the end of the road. Would definitely stay here again. "

"A great find. Clean, helpful friendly staff and a very comfortable bed."

"Great parking, great staff and a good breakfast choice"

"Clean, helpful friendly staff. Secure free car park behind automatic gates If you want to discuss anything with staff before arriving I recommend you call and speak with them as the online messaging app did not seem to work. I could not work out how to turn off the radiator overnight so got a bit overheated. The en-suite is a shower with a screen and a sink directly in the room, but there were clean shared showers with a lockable door. One nice surprise was shared kitchen facilities with a...

"This hotel is a little hard to find. Parking is limited. This is an older character property so don’t book if you’re expecting an upper end property. Easy access to downtown Liverpool by bus, the stop is right out the front door. Breakfast was good. Beds are a little soft."

"Problem checking in needs attention. No contact or keycode sent. Had to telephone and luckily the woman who answered sorted the issue. It did mean we were later checking in though. It was suggested that the problems were the fault if Hotels. Com If this is the case amd problems have arised for other guests, it be helpful to trt amd solve the problem do guests ger the messages they need to re check-in Having said this, i have stayed previously without an issue and find it good value for mo ey...

"Fairly comfortable. Communication not particularly good or helpful."

"Habitación sin ventana. Falta un poco de limpieza. Colchón cómodo. Hay secador en la habitación. Céntrico y con bares al lado."

"Couldn't check in using app so had to phone. Quick response from them got it sorted. On arrival code for door or keybox wouldn't work. Phoned and host was able to reset code. Property clean and spacious. Close to Liverpool one. Would stay again."

"Staff are wonderful we was taken by staff member and was shown how to get to our apartment using fob and keys etc.... That made it all much better. The apartment was well maintained plenty of room for 2 people. The living area and kitchen was spacious and even had a breakfast bar seating. And all the amenities you need. We was in room 4 no issues to report. I would strongly recommend it. Ps the apartments are around the corner from the hostel and main reception. ☆☆☆☆☆"

"Travelled for a one night stay for the match. We had a very pleasant stay from checking in to checking out. Room was clean warm and comfortable beds. Tricia was very helpful when we checked in and we look forward to staying again."

"Excellent stay in an excellent location, staff were extremely helpful and I would definitely recommend a stay here..."

"This is quite a spacious flat and is modern and clean. The sofa is not very comfy and there are storage heaters that don't have chance to warm up so it wasn't very warm."

"The place needs cleaned up, long term residents mixed with short term in same house but not same room, loud permanent resident keeps others awake. Not recommended. Staff is nice. Just a lot of work needed on and within this place."

"The room was very clean, signs of wear and tear, there was a lot of blue bottles in the room so couldn’t open the windows once disposed of the blue bottles in property and TV didn’t work so we couldn’t watch it whilst getting ready/relaxing in the morning"

"The maintenance is very poor, not recommended to stay. The breakfast is good if you just come for the breakfast. Otherwise forget it."
