"It was a perfect place for my family to stay a few days before we flew home. It had ample space for my family of 6. It was a bit run down and not exceptionally clean, but the staff was so accommodating and very helpful. "

"Very friendly staff, nicely remodeled old building with excellent location. Close to everything! Air conditioner worked great, plenty of hot water in the shower and wifi worked great too. Our room was on the second floor, it had a safe (front desk will give you the key), iron and board, hair drier and a window with tiny balcony looking out to the front of the hotel. I loved looking out! Bring ear plugs to sleep because in Oaxaca there is always a party going on. The only thing that they could improve was the mattress and the pillows. Our beds were not very comfortable and the pillows very hard. But that could be just a preference. I would definitely recommend this hotel. "

"The check-in felt like an interruption. However another colleague was more polite & energetic at front desk. The room was old, but clean. We assume we were given an interior patio room because we came with the dog, might also be the reason for old. There was zero service in the hotel for a quick drink or bite."

"The staff was great, the room was large and clean. The hotel is located on a busy street, my room was on the street side and was noisy! Unfortunately, during our stay, the street next to the hotel was being replaced and the jackhammering started at 8am and went until 8pm. The hotel was not willing or able to move me to a quieter room."
