this hotel does not seem to exist

The Taxi driver and/or locals could not find this hotel. It does not seem to exist. I will be requesting my money back.

excellent value

helpful, friendly staff, very nice safe neighborhood, 10 or 15 minute walk from the oda/occ bus station and the downtown zòcalo, clean spacious room, everything needed to cook and keep your food. not only would i recommend this to a friend, i already have recommended it to both friends and fellow travelers.

Trato muy amable, habitación cómoda, buena relación calidad-precio, barrio muy tranquilo, cerca del centro, azotea/terraza muy disfrutable, posibilidad de subir al cerro del fortín a caminar.

Razonable

El personal es atento, te ayuda con las dudas que tengas y te da recomendaciones, te prestan la estufa, trastes y refrigerador, pero no hacen bien la limpieza apenas entramos el baño olìa mal ademàs de que es muy pequeño no deja casi espacio para bañarse, en la tele no hay variedad de canales, su ubicaciòn no es cèntrica pero no esta nada mal.

Bueno, sí se busca algo económico.

El hotel está en una calle cerrada. No cuenta con estacionamiento. La habitación no tiene aire acondicionado, ni ventilador. Tampoco cuenta con teléfono y la televisión es chica y fija a una altura de 2.0 metros (sin control remoto). No cambian sábanas, ni toallas. Es económico. El trató es muy amable.

Nice room, clean and simple

The owner was very nice, they carried our bags, called taxis, provided us with directions, activities around, information about the town, and even allowed us to use the phone for no charge. They are available 24/7. We lost our room keys and at 2 in the morning he came down and open for us. The rooms are very simple, and only has the basics. There is a small stove in which you can cook (didnt use it) and a tiny refrigerator. The rooms are small and the beds hard. No restaurant available and the terrace is small but are able to see part of the town.

A quiet, comfortable place not far from town

This hotel is a great choice if you are looking for a family-style place that feels more like a home because it actually is a home. It's about a 15 min walk from town and is located in a quiet neighborhood. The staff / family are very friendly and accommodating. It's helpful to know some Spanish because they spoke no English to me ( except for one family member who greeted me when I arrived but then left town; apparently to San Francisco where I'm from!).

Muy hóstil el dueño dijo que no tenía reservación

Se realizó la reservación vúia internet y el dueño dijo que no tenía reservación......que no tenía ninguna habitación disponible, mi esposo se salió molesto y le indique varias veces que se había realizado la reservación y el cargo a la Tarjeta....diciendo no tengo, solo espero a otra persona......estaba tomando mis maletas .....y contesto molesto ya llego la información...... nos quedamos....pero al otro día nos cambiamos de hotel.....no son amables, ni coteses. NO LO RECOMIENDO.
