"Great staff. Nice facilities including swimming pool, bath, and fitness center. The pool and bath was not open until mid afternoon. The Japanese restaurant looked great but we stayed on a Monday and it was closed. The Gardenia was fine though. All in all a nice place to stay and relax during our last night in Japan. "

"Its not too close to narita but they provide shuttle service. Just if you miss one you have to wait a few hours. Furniture dated but we had fun at the california bar. That bartender was so amazing. "

"It’s a little far from Makuhari Messe, so I took a taxi there during Tokyo Game Show. The staff were very friendly and kind. The room was small, but the bed was comfortable. Overall great stay, would recommend. "

"Nice that it is near the train n bus station. I wish the hotel provided bus service from the airport. Also, hotel should provide bus service to the airport after 10.40am. We had to leave the hotel early to avail of their last trip bus service at 10.40 am when our flt was still at 6pm. If they had a later service, we could have left our bags at the hotel n hopped the train for more sightseeing."

"Whenever I come to Kashiwa, The Sotetsu Fresa Inn is where I always choose to stay. It is conveniently located within walking distance of the train line, it is close to lots of shopping and food choices. But most importantly, they truly try to cater to your needs with the amenities they provide. So, I enjoy my time there and will be visiting them again very soon. "
