"Our room was amazing. A little info on how to use the washer/dryer would have been helpful. The chef was new and we waited over 2 hours for our dinner. It would have been so much better if the staff had come out and said we are so sorry but your meal will be another hour or two instead they just kept apologizing when we kept asking what was taking so long. We only made the mistake once. Never ate there again."

"The room, as well as the bathroom, was quite large for a standard room. The bed was very comfortable. And being just steps from the airport entrance was wonderful. I had a tasty dinner--pizza, wine, ice cream--in the expansive bar area across from the lobby and lingered there for a couple of hours. The servers were pleasant, efficient, and never rushed me."
