"The reception folks were very courteous and helpful. I liked the access to the train station, bus as well as for the cable car from this lodge. I was pleased to find out that we can take the local bus (121,122) for free within the Grindelwald. Overall, it was a pleasant stay!!!!"

"Regarding the location, I can say that it’s not one of the most convenient one’s. But, worth just for the view. I would definitely recommend NOT to stay in a room with 6 people. The house is a bit old, so you keep hearing the floor cracking so it’s hard to sleep with so many people walking around the room. Other than that, the breakfast is good, staff friendly and place always clean. "

Just 1 minute walk to Wengen train station. 1 minute walk to Mannlichen cable car. convenient to visit below places most within 45 minute reach: Männlichen Grindelwald Grindelwald First Lauterbrunnen Jungfraujoch Murren Harder Klum Interlaken Next to Co-op grocery shop.
