"We stayed at Premier Inn Alexanderplatz for our son’s 10th birthday trip to Berlin, and the staff helped make it a visit he will always remember.
He loves learning about World War Two, so we had “assigned” him a secret mission as an Agent, exploring historical sites around the city and gathering facts along the way. We contacted the hotel beforehand, and upon arrival the team surprised him with a “confidential document” for his mission!
He was amazed that the hotel knew about his assignment. It was such a thoughtful, personal touch and made him feel incredibly special.
