객실 청소 상태가 일부 불량하여 청소를 다시 요청 하였으나 제대로 조치되지 않았고 다른 청소 직원에게 다시 형사 요청을 했을 때는 도움을 주러 방문을 하였으나. 직접 교체를 해야겠다는 이야기를 남기고 떠나버렸습니다. 불쾌한 서비스 응대가 좋은 여행을 망쳤습니다.

주차가 편했고 2층으로 되어 있는 샬레 객실에서 가족들과 밥을 해서 먹는 것도 특별한 경험이었습니다. 조금만 걸어나가면 호수가 있었는데 경치가 정말 좋았습니다. 조용한 호수의 풍경이 압권이었어요.

A great place to stay with stunning views. There's a bus stop at the entrance so it's easy to get to Dachstein Krippenstein and Hallstatt. There's also a wharf close by with two transport options. The mini-market in the resort is well stocked with plenty of options for self-catering. The staff were very friendly and helpful and restaurant food was excellent.

Nice resort complex

This is a huge complex resort, beautiful ground, first floor apartment (studio type with kitchen) has backyard table sets, feel very relaxing! Super close to the ferry to Hallstatt like 5 minutes walk! Staff are nice, breakfast good. We ate in the on site restaurant, delicious food! it’s about 15 minutes drive to Hallstatt, make it a great choice for short visit to the area! Room itself is pretty simple, very small bathroom but serve the purpose! No any extra amenities like tissue, only necessities!

Die Umgebung und die Freizeitmöglichkeiten waren super. Die Unterkunft war leider nicht ganz so top. Fakeschubladen sind nicht unbedingt nötig denke ich. Geschirr und Besteck waren auch zu wenig vor Ort Allerdings wurden uns nach Rücksprache mit der Rezeption sofort weiteres Geschirr zur Verfügung gestellt. Einige Dinge im Haus waren nicht mehr so gut funktionsfähig. Schade, da das Haus sonst top wäre.

Beautiful setting Great location Room was clean Beds comfortable Outdoor patio was nice Restaurant and breakfast buffet were good Kitchenette had sufficient dishes but no paper towels or salt and pepper- and local shopping is limited: better to bring supplies from a major center No beach towels provided Minimal bathroom soap- tiniest bar I ever saw No daily room service- they just dropped towels and didn’t take wet ones away and instructions where to take your own rubbish For a beautiful resort the service was minimal But we really enjoyed the stay

The property is picturesque. Perfect balance of nature. In summer its quite hot, no fans or cooler are provided and the room is very warm. Breakfast is overcharged and not much variety. Everything is do by yourself during the staycation.

Das Apartment war in seiner Größe und Ausstattung ideal für drei bis vier Personen. Die Lage am See umgeben von Bergen ist ein Traum und idealer Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen. Ein Check-in war auch außerhalb der Öffnungszeiten problemlos möglich. Leider war das Geschirr in der Unterkunft nicht sauber und die Badezimmer benötigen insbesondere in den Duschen dringend eine Wartung. Im Großen und Ganzen waren wir aber zufrieden.

The cottage was very pretty, comfortable and cozy. Although we didn't have a direct view on the lake, we could go to the main cottage to see it and could enjoy a view of the mountain from everywhere. The shower were a little small and the "sun tanning" option in the shower wasn't working (the system was taking a lot of place in the shower, so I said to myself, might as well try it), but otherwise, warm and charming house. The site was great and a lit of activity were disponible. However, good thing we had a car because it would have been very difficult (and quite a long ride) to go from the site to Hallstatt, the distance is something to consider!
