"Fantastic property and great location for our family ski holiday to Goldeck. Lovely facilities with plenty of space for a large family. Log burner looked amazing but was not required due to the property being hot enough. Just be aware that the property is down a steep hill which may make access awkward during snowy conditions. Really enjoyed ourselves and will be back next year."

The property is located in the center of a small village, so you have some restaurants and even a supermarket with anything you might need. The balcony and the view is breathtaking. "In der Ferienwohnung haben wir uns vom ersten Moment an heimisch gefühlt. Sauber, großzügig und sehr liebevoll eingerichtet. Es ist umfangreich ausgestattet und die Vermieter sind immer ansprechbar. Der großzügige Garten ist ebenfalls mit nutzbar. Wer Lust hat auf Ruhe und ganz viel Natur, wird sich hier sicher wohl fühlen. Die Wohnung ist geeignet auch für ältere Kinder. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder! Vielen Dank an Herr Diehl und an die liebe Sarah mit ihrer wundervollen Familie!"

"Als wir 16:30 Uhr angereist sind, kam erst das Putzteam an[c/i Zeit ab 16 Uhr stand in der Reservierungsbestätigung]. Wir haben uns noch 2 Stunden vertan, und kamen dann gegen 19 Uhr an, der Schock war groß, es wurden zwar neue Betten bezogen, jedoch wurde das Haus nicht geputzt, es war noch schmutzig von den Vorgängern. Das Putzteam musste also erneute kommen, da wir nicht in dem Dreck der vorherigen Gäste wohnen wollten. Generell ist das Haus dringend renervierungs bedürftig, denn wenn die...

"Wir wurden freundlich begrüßt. Die Zimmer entsprachen der Beschreibung. Schön war, dass die relevanten Zimmer mit Fliegengittern versehen waren. Die Ausstattung entsprach durchaus den Erwartungen, alles erforderliche war vorhanden. Das einzige, was wir vermissten, war eine Mikrowelle. Aber es ging trotzdem. Die Lage des Objektes ist sehr ruhig und man kann gut etwas Wandern (am "Kolm"). Für Läufer finden sich auch schöne Stecken. Die Entfernung nach Seeboden macht grundsätzlich ein Auto...

"Alles sehr gut geklappt.Die Wohnung war sehr sauber.Es reicht für die Familie mit drei Kinder.Der Ort ist etwas von der Stadt entfernt aber sehr ruhig. Vermieter war sehr freundlich und nett.Vielen Dank für alles."

"The apartment was clean The location of the apartment was convenient except for the access to the parking lot which is a bit crowded for a large vehicle Communication with the host is poor no answers were given to any of my inquiries until I had to go myself There are many stairs up to the apartment I ordered 7 beds and got sheets and bedding for 6 until I had to go and ask for it myself"

"This was very new and modern place, with old style elements. Kitchen vey complete. 2 nice bedrooms with good beds and modern bathroom. Good parking space and warm storage place on ground-level for shoes and skies. Quite location. About 15min autodrive to parking ski-area Nassfeld-Hermagor. Think to visit it again. Very nice and good support from owner and neighbour."

"Sehr schön und ruhig gelegene Unterkunft, super super netter Hausmeister vor Ort der alles regelt. Zahlungsmodalitäten über Fewo bei dieser Unterkunft eine einzige Katastrophe, habe die Restzahlung nachher über den Hausmeister abgewickelt. Einziges Manko vor Ort, Ballspielgeräte sind völlig veraltet und größtenteils nicht zu gebrauchen."

"2 hele mooie (te korte) weken in een mooi modern appartement. De locatie leent zich heel goed voor allerlei uitstapjes, uitdagende tot rustige wandelingen, musea's en natuurlijk de Millstätter See. Hierna maakten we graag gebruik van de sfeervolle tuin met volop zon en schaduw. Door de hartelijke ontvangst en leuke contacten (en goede tips) met de eigenaars voelden we ons enorm thuis. Na 2 weken zijn we nog niet uitgekeken en komen graag terug naar Fam. Hofer."

"Loved the stay. Apartment was very new and looked exactly like the photographs, with an amazing view of the mountains from the balcony. Owner was very kind as well in letting us check out late with no fuss. Apartment was a short 7min drive to Bad Gastein center. 10/10 would recommend. "
