La climatisation est sans conteste un vrai plus.A l'étage, les couchages sont très confortables et la salle bain est spacieuse.L'equipement du bas de la maison est un peu petit pour quatre : canapé, table et tabourets, batterie de cuisine...La maison est à deux pas de la gare mais on peut se sentir un peu loin du centre de Brive. Ceci étant, il y a un Carrefour City pas très loin.C'est un bon choix si vous êtes motorisés."
